EMS Neo Muscle Sculpting

Strengthen, Sculpt & Define

EMS Neo Muscle Sculpting is a non-invasive body-contouring treatment that uses electromagnetic energy to create repeated muscle contractions in a targeted area. Depending on the device and settings selected, radiofrequency warming may also be used.

Treatment may support muscle tone and a more defined-looking contour in areas such as the abdomen, buttocks, thighs and arms. It is not a weight-loss treatment and does not replace regular exercise, balanced nutrition or medical care.

A session usually lasts around 30 minutes per treatment area. Contractions can feel intense, but the level is increased gradually according to comfort and suitability. Temporary muscle soreness, redness, warmth or fatigue may occur.

Recommended Treatment Plan

A course of 6–8 sessions is commonly recommended, usually spaced around one week apart. Your individual plan, treatment area and maintenance schedule will be agreed during consultation. Results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Safety & Frequently Asked Questions

What is EMS Neo Muscle Sculpting?

It is a non-invasive treatment that uses electromagnetic energy to create repeated contractions in selected muscle groups. Radiofrequency warming may also be used depending on the device and treatment settings.

Which areas can be treated?

Common areas include the abdomen, buttocks, thighs and arms. The areas suitable for you will be confirmed during consultation.

What does treatment feel like?

You will feel strong, repeated muscle contractions and may feel warmth. Intensity is increased gradually and can be adjusted throughout treatment.

Is there any downtime?

Most clients return to normal activities afterwards. Temporary muscle soreness, fatigue, tenderness, redness or warmth may occur, similar to the feeling after exercise.

How many sessions will I need?

A course of 6–8 sessions is commonly recommended, usually around one week apart. Your plan may differ according to the area treated, your goals and your response.

When will I see results?

Some clients notice changes during a course, with further improvement developing over the following weeks. Results vary and are supported by regular exercise and balanced nutrition.

Who should not have treatment?

Treatment may not be suitable during pregnancy, or for clients with a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, certain metal implants in the treatment area, epilepsy, active cancer treatment, a recent operation, an untreated hernia, or other medical contraindications. This is not a complete list. Please disclose all medical conditions, medicines and implanted devices during consultation.

Is EMS Neo a weight-loss treatment?

No. It is designed to support muscle tone and body-contouring goals. It does not replace weight management, exercise, balanced nutrition or medical treatment.

What is the aftercare?

Stay hydrated, follow the personalised advice provided and allow the treated muscles to recover. Avoid strenuous exercise of the same muscle group if it feels sore, and contact the clinic if you experience an unexpected reaction.
